Who you are dealing with

Goldseam is a one-person education project run by Pierre Bou Malhab in Lebanon, active in the markets since 2023, offering a course and a trading room focused on gold.

Goldseam is not a broker, not a fund, and not a licensed financial advisor. It does not manage anyone's money and never receives funds for investment.

What you are buying

The course

A one-time payment for lifetime access to the course material and its updates. The content is entirely educational: how a session is prepared, how levels are marked, the strategies themselves, how risk is managed, and how trades are journaled.

The course also includes one-to-one follow-up for a month after purchase: you ask, I answer, and we go over what you are doing. If you have not got where you wanted within that month, the follow-up continues anyway. The course does not include a Trading Room subscription.

The Trading Room

A monthly subscription paid month by month, which stops the moment you stop paying. There is no automatic renewal and nothing is ever charged to a card: you send each payment yourself. The discount applies to the first month only and the price returns to full afterwards, as stated on the pricing section.

The trades posted in the room are on gold. If a member wants analysis on a crypto pair or a currency pair, I provide it on request — as analysis, not as a trade to copy.

Alongside the paid room there is a free public Telegram channel, open to anyone with no subscription.

Prop firm support

The scope, duration and price are agreed in conversation before any payment. There is no guarantee of passing any challenge or obtaining any funded account, and nobody can honestly promise one.

Payment and access

• There is no checkout on this site. Everything starts with a direct message, and price and payment method are agreed before anything is sent.
• Payment methods: crypto for people outside Lebanon, and Whish inside Lebanon. The exact coin and network are confirmed in the conversation before anything is sent, and a record of each payment is kept.
• Access usually arrives the same day: course material, or an invite link to the room channel.
• Access is personal. Sharing, reselling or reposting the material ends access without a refund.
• I may decline a request or end a subscription if these terms are broken.

Refunds

Trading Room: you can stop at any time simply by not sending the next month's payment. No notice and no reason are required. A month already under way is not refunded, because its content is delivered daily.

The course: no refunds once the material has been delivered. Access is digital, immediate and complete from the first moment, so what has been handed over cannot be handed back. In exchange you get a full month of one-to-one follow-up after purchase, which continues if you have not got where you wanted within it.

Because that is a strict condition, the practical route is to ask everything before you pay. I will answer any question about the content and whether it suits your level before money changes hands — and if I think the course is not right for your situation, I will tell you so plainly.

If something goes wrong on my side — you paid and access never arrived, or what arrived was incomplete — it gets fixed or the payment is returned in full.

What is never promised

No profit is promised, no win rate, no monthly return, and no outcome of any kind. Leveraged trading carries a real risk of loss and you can lose all of your capital. What is offered here is a method and educational material only. Your decisions in the market are yours alone, and so is the responsibility for them.

What is posted in the room is teaching material and analysis with the reasoning behind it — not execution instructions, and not personal advice based on your financial situation. You decide your own risk, your own size and your own entries.

Managing your account is your responsibility alone. The market produces both gains and losses, and nobody holds a guarantee of either. I do not access your account, do not place trades on it, and never hold any authority over it.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers or advertising. Nothing about you is collected while you browse it.

The only information I hold is what you send me directly on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email: your name, your contact handle, and whatever you told me about your level. It is used to reply to you and manage your access, nothing else. It is never sold and never shared. Ask me to delete it at any time and it is deleted.

The apps we message through (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) have their own privacy policies, which are outside my control.

Law and contact

This agreement is governed by Lebanese law. If we disagree on something, the first route is always a direct message: most of what looks like a dispute is a misunderstanding that clears up in two minutes.
